SKATE STEEL & HOLDERS
Skate steel is not eligible for return or refund once they have been sharpened and/or profiled. No exceptions. Steel that has not been sharpened, profiled, used, or otherwise altered may be eligible for return and refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Replacement holders & cowlings are not eligible for return or refund once they have been installed and/or used. Eligible items must be less than 45 days from date of purchase for return/refund. Eligible items older than 45 days and less than 90 days from date of purchase will receive store credit. Items older than 90 days from date of purchase are NOT eligible for return/refund for any reason. Please email Jason at jason@binnieshockey.com to discuss return/refund if eligible.
APPAREL & CUSTOM ORDERS
Most apparel is print-on-demand and not eligible for return or refund with exception of defect. Custom orders are also not eligible for return or refund for any reason other defect. Jason Binnie will have sole discretion on determining eligibility of return/refund. Eligible items must be less than 45 days from date of purchase for return/refund. Eligible items older than 45 days and less than 90 days from date of purchase will receive store credit. Clearance and/or closeout items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any reason.

Return and refund available on certain bulk orders by request. Jason Binnie will have sole discretion on determining eligibility of return/refund.
